Should i sell my current iphone3g for the 3gs?

I currently have an iphone3g black 16gb and want to trade it for the 3gs? the only major damage for my iphone is the powercord but i can buy a new one, the unique part is that it includes invisible shield full body which was placed immediatly after opening it, so it really dosen’t have any scratches just on the invisible shield, another unique thing is that i have bestbuy insurance $15/month which is transferable, so your covered, what would you bid for this item? what would you bid if the powercord was like new? and what would you put as a better description? best answer gets chosen by me! good luck
